AquaSys, the Water Billing System by Prasanna takes care of various stages that form part of the life cycle of a consumer's relationship with the utility. Eliminating the manual billing systems, AquaSys uses a RF based smart card technology to maintain all the data related to consumer connections, disconnections and reconnections, modification of consumer related information, ensuring accurate billing and billing related information, error corrections in the consumer bills, management of consumer complaints and generation of MIS and other related reports.
Developed with the mission to minimize the green house effect and provide uninterrupted power supply by increasing the life of Transmission & Distribution equipments, Enterprise Maintenance Suite of Prasanna minimizes breakdowns of critical equipments thus increasing their life, ensures periodic maintenance, increases revenue by minimizing the power losses and centralizes governance & monitoring for the key stakeholders through MIS reports.
